Kenapa ak berkata demikian:


1) kami berdikari ketika sedang sarat mengandung.....sedang suami terchenta menjalani trenin di Kuantan! kemana2 kami membawa perut...ketika itu sgt jeles melihat pasangan lain berpegang tgn sambil si isteri membawa perut....ITU MENANDAKAN KAMI TABAH

2) melahirkan bayi secomel mungkin y menjadi pelengkap hidup kami juga ketika suami tiada disisi~~si suami hanya sempat balik sekejap kemudian terpaksa pulang semula menjalani trenin....ITU MENANDAKAN KAMI KUAT

3)saat2 dalam pantang y memerlukan perhatian...semangat suami...sbb kali pertama menerima kahadiran org baru dalam hidup kami...tp si suami tidak pernah lupa tanggungjawab menelefon/text 24/7 tanpa pernah kenal erti jemu.....owh ITU MENANDAKAN KAMI REDHA

4)membesarkan anak dikala suami baru sahaja selesai trenin tp terpaksa posting jejauh...ader y ke SABAH SARAWAK....syukran kami dekat shj.....alhamdulillah tp bukan hari2 boleh balik....ITU MENANDAKAN KAMI SGT BERDIKARI


::walaupon post ini tidak meninggalkan kesan apa2 terhadap pembaca y tidak merasa apa y kami rasa....kami ttp rasa KAMI SUPERWOMAN!!!!::yeehaaa!!!!!

Lagi pasal breastfeeding pada bulan RAMADHAN

UMUM mengetahui mengenai kebaikan susu ibu yang mengandungi antibodi melindungi bayi daripada serangan penyakit. Jika beberapa tahun lalu, menyusu badan tidak dilihat sebagai trend, kini kian ramai para ibu cenderung mempraktikkannya demi kelestarian kesihatan si kecil.

Tidak timbul lagi soal malu atau segan menyusukan anak di khalayak ramai, walaupun ada mata-mata nakal mencuri pandang.

Namun, bagi ibu yang menyusukan bayi buat pertama kali kedatangan bulan Ramadan menimbulkan sedikit kegusaran kerana khuatir pengeluaran susu berkurangan malah, mungkin tiada susu yang dapat dikeluarkan kerana menjalani ibadah puasa.

"Memang ada segelintir ibu yang berasa bimbang jika tidak dapat menghasilkan susu badan sebanyak seperti hari-hari biasa.

"Tetapi sebenarnya, para ibu tidak perlu gusar kerana penghasilan susu akan tetap sama jika aktiviti pengurusan penyusuan ibu itu dijalankan seperti normal dan ia menjadi amalan berterusan," kata Zatul Hijanah Ramzi.

::i LOVE bedsharing::

I LOVE Co-Sleeping/Bedsharing, In fact, sometimes I feel like a paid sponsor for the cause. I spend a lot of time (some might say too much time) on the message boards. And it occurs to me that a lot of people conflate the terms co-sleeping and bedsharing. In fact, I used to also, until I read articles on the subject.



Co-sleeping and bedsharing are related in that bedsharing is a form of co-sleeping. It is sort of like the “all squares are rectangles, but not all rectangles are squares” situation. Co-sleeping is sleeping in the same room as your baby. If you have a bassinet in your room, but it is nowhere near your bed, you are still co-sleeping. Bedsharing is a form of co-sleeping in which your baby is actually in the bed with you.



My husband and I co-sleep with Caitlin by bedsharing. Like most families who bedshare, we did it completely by accident. It actually started in the hospital. The second day we were in the hospital, I fell asleep holding Caitlin while she breastfed. I woke up and noticed how comfortable she was, and this feeling of warmth and peace just overcame me. We took a couple of naps like that in the hospital, but for the most part, I let her sleep in her bassinet. When she was in her bassinet, I felt a little empty. I was also very paranoid about something happening to her.



When we got home from the hospital, we co-slept the first night, but did not bedshare. Caitlin slept in her bassinet in our room. Again, I missed having her next to me. The next night, Caitlin was fussy and did not want to go to sleep. My husband and I decided we would let her sleep in the bed with us, so we could be skin-to-skin. She slept peacefully that night, and so did we. Caitlin has been in our bed ever since.



My husband says he loves waking up in the morning and seeing Caitlin and I sleeping, with her using my arm as a pillow. I love feeling her warmth. Breastfeeding her is so easy. A lot of times during the night, she will just “self-serve” without even waking me up. Sometimes in the morning, I just stare at her while she sleeps next to me. Sometimes I wake up and find her newly awake and looking at me. Often, during the night, she touches my lips or my cheeks and laughs. It is just the best feeling in the world.

Breast Milk: It's Some Pretty Amazing Stuff!We've all heard that breast is best. While I believe that formula fed babies thrive and do just fine, I still do my best to give my kids breast milk as long as I can. Zander was the only one of my children that I nursed passed the one year mark. He has never had an ear infection, and to this day he rarely gets sick. I have no idea if it was the breast milk or if he's just very, very lucky.

Breast milk isn't just for feeding babies. Did you know that you can actually use breast milk as a homeopathic remedy for certain things?

Breast milk is an excellent healing agent for sore, cracked nipples. Simply express some milk, rub it on your nipples, and allow it to air dry. Do this often - especially after each feeding.


Breast milk is also known to cure pink eye! Express it into the affected eye. If baby or child won't let you do it while they're awake, do it while they're sleeping. Drip breast milk onto the creases of a closed eye, then open the eye slightly to allow milk to seep into the eye.

Breast milk is also great on cuts and scrapes. Apply to the wound, and allow to air dry. Do this often to prevent germs from growing.


Those are all the things that I have personally used breast milk to treat. However, I have also heard that it can be used to treat stuffy noses, sore throats, ear infections, mosquito bites, diaper rash, eczema, and can even be used as a facial cleaner and is great for removing make up!

I also have a friend who cooks with breast milk instead of cow's milk. Now, I have not been brave enough to try this. I think my husband would freak out if I told him his mashed potatoes were made with breast milk. Of course, the look on his face might be worth it! My friend swears by cooking with breast milk, though, and her family doesn't mind at all!.


Who knew that there was so much you could do with breast milk? I find it simply amazing
